Thank you for using the Yono Bet App. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile app, and all accompanying services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). 

By signing up for an account, accessing, or using Yono Bet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you cannot use the Platform.

  • To use our services, you must complete the in-app registration form to create a registered account.
  • You must verify your identity, including Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, by providing a valid government-issued ID and proof of address.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your username and password confidential.
  • Opening more than one account or using fake information is prohibited.
  • You agree not to share your account with anyone. Violating these rules may result in account suspension or closure.

Payments, Withdrawals, and Deposits

  • Yono Bet allows safe payments via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and select digital wallets.
  • There are minimum and maximum limits on deposits and withdrawals, which are displayed on the Platform and may change periodically.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed after your account has been verified, and funds will be sent to the verified bank account or wallet linked to Yono Bet.
  • We cannot control transaction durations due to delays at banks or payment processors. Yono Bet will not be liable for such delays.
  • Users will be informed of any applicable processing fees or taxes.

Bonuses, Offers, and Promotions

  • Bonuses, promotional offers, and rewards may be available from time to time. Participation is contingent upon meeting the eligibility requirements for each offer.
  • Bonuses may come with “wagering requirements,” meaning you must bet a certain amount before you can withdraw them.

Yono Bet is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operations, and we are not liable for technical issues, internet outages, or delays caused by third-party services. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
